Community Web Page Hit Counters

Page hit counters are automatically created for every web page added to the COCC Community web. Administrators can view and reset these hit counters using the instructions listed below.

Viewing Hit Counters for All of your Community Web Pages

1) Login with Admin user rights.
2) Go to the Admin menu (if not already there). This page is available by clicking on the "Admin" link in the left hand menus while logged in with Admin rights.
3) Click on the "Edit Sections/Pages" link.
4) Your community web page hit counts are listed at the right side of each page.

NOTE: A full list of all hit counters including reset history is also available via the "View All My Hit Counters" link.

Resetting Hit Counters for All of your Community Web Pages

1) Follow steps 1-4 in the previous section.
2) Click the "Go" icon next to "Restart All My Community Hit Counters"
3) If you are sure of this click OK in the confirmation screen that will appear.

Viewing Hit Count History for a Specific Web Page

1) Login with Admin user rights.
2) Navigate to the web page for which you would like to view the hit counter.
3) Click the "Edit Page Settings" link.
4) On the right hand side of the displayed form you will see the relative hit count information.

Resetting the Hit Counter for a Specific Web Page

1) Follow the instructions in the previous section.
2) Click the "Go" button next to "Restart Section Hit Count".
    *** This can not be cancelled.
