Having Trouble with Elluminate?
- Launching an Elluminate Session: Elluminate makes it easy for you to attend an Elluminate Live! session using any major web browser on the market. While most users have no issues launching a session, it’s possible for some browser add-ons, such as popup blockers or security features, to stop Elluminate from launching. When trying to launch an Elluminate session using Internet Explorer, if you see a yellow "information bar" display, simply click on this bar and select "Allow Blocked Content."
If you are continually unable to launch an Elluminate session from Internet Explorer but do have Java installed, try resetting your browser by going to Tools->Internet Options >Advanced and clicking the "Reset..." button under "Reset Internet Explorer" settings.
It is also possible that other popup blockers will cause issues when launching an Elluminate session. Information on popup blockers can be found on Elluminate's Technical Support website by clicking here.
