Forward Your Email

Using the full Microsoft Outlook client...

For instructions using the Microsoft Outlook Web Access client click here.

You may want to forward your COCC email to a different email address. To do this:

  1. Launch Outlook.

    NOTE: T
    his is the full Microsoft Outlook email client which is only available while on a COCC campus computer.
     
  2. Go to the Tools menu.
  3. Select "Out of Office Assistant".

 

  1. Click the Radio Button "I am currently out of the office."
  2. Type in an Auto Reply text such as "Your mail has been forwarded to (enter your other email address, here).
  3. Click the "Add Rule" button at the bottom of the page.

 

  1. Check the "Forward" box toward the bottom of the Edit Rule window.
  2. Type in the email address to which you want your COCC email forwarded.
  3. Click the OK button toward the top of the Edit Rule window.
  4. Click the OK button toward the bottom of the Out of Office Assistant window.

Your COCC email will now be forwarded to your other email address.
