Forward Your Email
Using the full Microsoft Outlook client...

You may want to forward your COCC email to a different email address. To do this:
- Launch Outlook.
NOTE: This is the full Microsoft Outlook email client which is available while on a COCC campus computer.
- Go to the Tools menu.
- Select "Out of Office Assistant".
- Click the Radio Button "Send Out of Office auto-replies."
- Type in an Auto Reply text such as "Your mail has been forwarded to (enter your other email address, here).
- Click the "Rules" button at the bottom of the window.
- Hit the ADD Rule button.
- Check the "Forward" box toward the bottom of the Edit Rule window.
- Type in the email address to which you want your COCC email forwarded.
- Click the OK button toward the top of the Edit Rule window.
- Click the OK button toward the bottom of the Out of Office Rules window.
- Click the OK button toward teh bottom of the Out of Office Assistant window.
Your COCC email will now be forwarded to your other email address.
