When viewing your messages in Outlook Web Access it can sometimes appear that some of your email is not available. This generally happens due to how by default OWA sorts email oldest to newest and only displays 25 messages per "page".
If your mailbox contains more messages than are configured to be displayed on one page you will need to use the navigation buttons in the top right corner of the screen as shown here.
To simplify reading your messages you may wish to:
- Change the sort order for your messages (simply click the desired column heading to change the order)
- Increase the number of messages shown on each page
