Students at Central Oregon Community College can access (download) content they have stored in their "My Documents" folder while on campus from off-campus locations.
NOTE: For suggestions about getting files to COCC see the information at the bottom of this page.
To access your My Documents, follow these steps:
1. Launch Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access.
2. Click on the "Documents" button (see image highlight #1, below).
3. Click on the "Open Location" area (see image highlight #2).
4. Enter the path to your "My Documents" replacing cjeffreys in the image, below, with your COCC Network User ID (see image highlight #3).
5. Click the Open button. (see additional directions further down the page).

To Add Your My Documents Link to Favorites: Simply Click the "Add to Favorties" button.

To bring files to campus so they can be worked on in the classroom or drop-in labs, one of the following methods is suggested.
- Save your files to a USB based external storage device and bring that with you to COCC so you can access your files whenever needed.
- Send an email message to yourself and attach the file to the message. Later, when you are at COCC (or anywhere) you can use your COCC email to get a copy of the attached file.
