Equation Editor
The WebEQ Equation Editor enables users to use mathematical and scientific notation throughout their Blackboard course. Instructors can add new equations or edit equations they have created in the past. Once an equation has been created it can be used repeatedly.
The MathML Equation Editor is a separate equation editor that functions in the same way but instead of opening with a menu of symbol buttons, a blank text box will appear where users can enter MathML.

Math/Science Equation Editor
1) Select either WebEQ Editor or XML Editor (If you would like to use XML Editor, you have to know the script)
2) Click Web EQ Editor (Plus sign in the circle button) for easy use
3) Click an appropriate template from the menu bar
4) Type the number in the box using the arrow key to move around boxes
5) Click Add button on the window of Web EQ Editor
6) Click Preview button to check the result after the window of editor closed |
