Changing a Bb Email Address

Blackboard is populated with the default email address of the user as their COCC email account. Many students like to change that address and put in their personal or preferred email address.

Change Your Preferred Email Address

1. Log in to Blackboard.
2. On the WELCOME page of Blackboard, click on the Personal Information hyperlink on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Click the Edit Personal Information hyperlink.
4. In the Email text box, key in the email address you prefer.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit the SUBMIT button.
